PEAK PERFORMANCE/WELLNESS PROGRAM

Peak Performance/Wellness Program is an individualized sports performance training program, that begins following completion of formal physical therapy (phase 1), and is geared towards the recreational and/or competitive athlete.  This is a self-pay benefit ($60/hour), and is not covered by your insurance carrier.  Peak Perfomance/Wellness is a phase 2 program, administered by a licensed Physical Therapist with accredited certifications in Sports Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, and/or Strength & Conditioning.  Peak Performance focuses on maximizing the athlete’s performance, by first carefully indentifying his/her weaknesses through comprehensive evaluation, and then designing effective personalized training programs to correct these deficiencies and optimize the crucial elements of athletic performance - flexibility, strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, reaction time, balance, coordination, and injury prevention.
